Hexx Chamber

Delete your account

You can delete your Hexx Chamber account and everything we keep about you from inside the app.

In the app

Open Profile.
Tap Delete my account under Data and privacy.
Export your diary first if you want a copy.
Enter the code we email you, and tap Delete permanently.

What is deleted

Your profile, your cases, dates and notes.
Your questions and replies, your requests and their encrypted messages and photos.
Your devices and sessions. Every phone you used is signed out.

It is removed from our servers at once and from backups within 30 days. Order-sheet photos stay on your phone until you sign out or uninstall the app; we never had them.

If you cannot open the app

The address to write to from your sign-in email will be added here before launch.
